Gathering Great Customer Feedback: Quicken Inner Circle

In just a few months, the Quicken Inner Circle has taken off since it launched in February. With membership doubling since April, the Quicken Inner Circle allows members to provide feedback with Quicken developers, senior management and marketing leaders to help make Quicken products better. We hear a ton of customers making great suggestions all day. With Inner Circle, members get an opportunity to preview new feature concepts and ideas, provide thoughts on existing features, or suggest new ideas. Members provide invaluable service to the Quicken team. Over time, Inner Circle will have a real impact on the look and feel of products.

Now you can see income versus expenses (view both side-by-side in a bar chart); know right away whether you’re spending more than you make; drill-down on income, savings or spending in colorful, interactive pie charts; and quickly access your average spending for any given category.
