Adding and Updating ING Accounts
All,
There are some problems updating and adding ING accounts at this time. During normal business hours (9AM – 6PM Eastern Time, 6AM – 3PM Pacific, Monday – Friday), it is not currently possible to add or update an account. If you are trying to update or add an ING account to Quicken Online, please try to do so outside of these time windows.

Have you tried the Quicken Community or Quicken support options? If you’re talking about Quicken Online, make sure that your bank works with our service first. If it is not in the list, you can request it and receive an email if we add it.

I am having trouble getting one of my accounts into quicken. I exported into my computer but I cannot get it into quicken. does anyone know how and can give me instructions,
